My Name is Shawn Williams and I've been a licensed Real Estate broker since 1996. I was born and raised in the Lane County Area. I graduated from Pleasant Hill High School in 1985. I continued on to the University of Oregon in Business Management. I currently live in Junction City with my husband and 11 year old son. We're all very involved in the Schools and the community. I am the 7th of 12 children (all the same parents, 10 girls & 2 boys). I was born and raised in the Eugene area and very familiar with Lane County. I graduated from the University of Oregon and married a rival Oregon Stater. We have 4 children (3 teens). I work with 3 of my sisters in the Real Estate business and hope to have the fourth joining this year. They say do something you enjoy. I was raised in Eugene and graduated from Pleasant Hill in 1967. I was the eldest of 12 children. My parents owned a bean farm. I graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.A. and a M. of Ed. in 1979. I was Library Supervisor for Winston Dillard Schools for 4 years and also taught first grade for 3 years afterwards. I co-owned and operated convenience stores and gas stations in Douglas County for 28 years. In the interim I raised 3 children and served as a Constituent Service Representative for 3 years to State Representative Susan Morgan. I currently am involved in property investment and management and have recently opened SisterAct Realty LLC. with three of my sisters. We look forward to meeting you and sharing our knowledge and skills with you and your family.
